Week 4: Debunking Myths and Changing Thoughts Long-Term
Over the past 3 weeks, you’ve learned and practiced the heart of the thought management process. You’ve learned how to notice when your internal smoke detector is going off, understand what it’s telling you (without all the extra drama!), and figure out an authentic response. This week, we’re going to do two complimentary things. We’re going to:
Learn how to change long-term, stubborn thought patterns for lasting change, and;
Explore and challenge some of the limiting narratives that many women in Western society have been socialized to believe.
This week’s class is a juicy one!
