Hi. I’m Chelsea.

I value evidence-based practice… and honouring your inner wisdom.

I want to leave the world better than I found it… but I won’t let my work consume me.

I’m a deep thinker… and I dance audaciously in my car.

I’ve worked in research for as long as I can remember. After my Masters degree, I spent 10 years at Western University, where I wore many hats. I supported grant-writing, translated knowledge, built partnerships, and managed budgets, projects, and people. Because I love helping people (and variety is the spice of life!), I also became a Certified Life Coach.

When my kids were young, I dove into entrepreneurship to find a new form of work-life balance. Now, I offer a full suite of support services for academic researchers, including executive coaching, writing and knowledge translation, program development, and project management.
