I worked at Western University for 13 years, managing research projects, and helping researchers organize their ideas into coherent grants and articles.

As a certified life coach, I can help you set clear goals, strategize for those goals, and execute with clarity and confidence. We meet regularly to overcome challenges and keep you accountable.

**Access to coaching directly improves mental health and well-being. Financial accessibility to this service is a core value for me. I offer a limited number of spots at CAD 65/session, for people without organizational funding.
Writing Support
I can help with all stages of the writing process: organizing your big ideas into a clear narrative, reviewing and editing existing drafts, or even ghost-writing content.
