Mama, you can feel better.
Do you have a good life on the outside - but feel broken on the inside? This is so normal.
I help moms work through stress and find authentic happiness. You can relax now. I’ve got you.
When we enter motherhood…
…we have dreams of who we will be.
We see ourselves building a successful career, making home-cooked meals and enjoying peaceful bedtime snuggles.
But reality is very different.
There’s too much to do. Overwhelm sets in.
It’s easy to feel like you’re failing when you’re late for work. When you serve Hot n’ Ready pizza for dinner. When your son has a tantrum at Walmart. When you lose your temper and yell.
Eventually, despite having a beautiful life on the outside, you start to feel broken the inside.

I’ve been there.
I had 3 beautiful kids and an amazing husband. I had a Masters degree and was running an international research centre.
On the outside, I had it all. And on the inside, I was MISERABLE.
I was so overwhelmed I couldn't think straight (hello brain fog!)
I criticized myself constantly.
I cried often (including in my boss' office.)
I snapped at my kids and my partner.
I was a HOT MESS!
(Which is normal, BTW. Research shows that 14% of mothers experience anxiety and burnout - a number that doubled during COVID.)
You can feel better.
I found the help I needed in life coaching. I've learned to create true happiness in the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
My experience was enough to motivate a career change. I'm now a certified life and parenting coach and I’ve helped hundreds of stressed out mom’s create authentic happiness.
“What surprised me the most about the coffee chat was how much information and meaningful conclusions Chelsea could draw from what I was saying in such a short time. It made me feel connected and seen.
She put tremendous time and effort even into the one session. Allowing time to listen but also to voice my own thoughts, and the notes she sent afterwards were also immensely helpful, so I don’t forget the ideas we discussed and the emotions I felt.”
What I cannot promise.
No false advertising here… You will never be happy all the time. (And you don’t want to be - your negative emotions give you useful information.)
BUT… You CAN:
Learn a simple process to work through stress and anxiety in a healthy way (it’s a skill, like riding a bike.)
Become someone who is happy most of the time, with occasional moments of stress (instead of the opposite.)
Creating Me is not your standard business.
It’s a social enterprise dedicated to improving maternal well-being and strengthening families.
Women face unique barriers in this world.
Starting in childhood, girls experience at least 2x more anxiety and depression than boys.
Toys marketed to young girls teach them to be nurturing and passive.
Dolls, like Barbie, idealize a body type that only 1 in 100,000 women have.
Women account for 50% of the population, but only 30% of politicians, 25% of Vice Presidents and 15% of the CEOs.
The COVID pandemic doubled maternal anxiety and created a “She-Cession” where almost 2x more women left the work force than men. Most of those women were moms.
We need safe spaces to share our experiences and the right tools to lift us up.
Change is hard.
Not changing is harder.
The first step towards feeling happy again is to book a free coffee chat.
We’ll talk about your unique situation and I’ll help you see the root cause of your stress and anxiety in a totally new way. Then, we can see whether life coaching is the right tool to help.

Coaching with Chelsea is exactly what I needed. I had been stuck in a certain way of thinking that was preventing me from reaching some of my goals, but I didn’t even know it until working with Chelsea. Chelsea has an incredible way of journeying with her clients. She makes her lessons easily accessible by offering easy to incorporate strategies in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
