Getting help is a 3-step process
Step 1: Book a coffee chat
We start with a free, virtual coffee chat. We’ll explore what’s going on for you and whether life coaching is the right tool to help. If I’m not the right support for you, I will help you connect with the resource that is.
Step 2: We work together
If we both think life coaching is the right support for you, we’ll work together. During our sessions, we will:
Plan: Start by clarifying your goal, identifying the obstacles and creating an authentic action plan.
Take resilient action: Each session we will discuss your progress. Moving towards any goal will open up new fears and challenges. And that’s a beautiful thing. Those challenges show you how you need to grow in order to achieve your goal. We’ll overcome each challenge - together.
There is no required duration of coaching. 8-weeks is usually enough to jump start your progress, but we can stop anytime you’d like.
Step 3: You start feeling happier
Most clients start feeling better - happier, more motivated, more confident - after just a couple sessions. The amount of time it takes to achieve your external goal will depend.
If you want to get more organized and slow down your schedule, we’ll make great progress in 8-weeks.
If you want to find a new job, in a new country, transformation can take months or years.

Evidence-based practices are important to learn; AND, you still get to choose what you want to adopt and what you don’t.
